Janie Kennett (Salon Director) 

My Regular Hours...

English born and trained, Janie has owned a successful salon in the UK for over 20 years before being relocated to Florida with her family 10 years ago. She has worked in London and the English West Country and is a member of the National Hairdressers Federation, a State Registered Hairdresser, a Master Colorist and has attended numerous advanced hair cutting and coloring courses. She now prefers to spend more time managing the business and ensuring that the highest level of service and customer satisfaction are provided to the salon guests and is always available for staff and guests if they need that 30 years of experience!

Felix Zeledoni  (Style Director)

My Regular Hours...

Felix Zeledoni has recently been promoted to Style Director. Having been at HairVenture's for 2 years he has built a large following and advance appointments to avoid disappointment are strongly advised.

A vastly experienced stylist who specializes in image consultations and complete make overs. Being schooled in Barcelona he works with both European razor and scissor cuts and is an expert colorist that matches hair color to skin tones with high and low lights.

Felix is also known for his unique "Up Do Styles" and eyebrow design along with eyelash and hair extensions. He is also fully certified in "Keratin" treatments and offers make up for any occasion.

Felix had his own salon in Mexico City for over 10 years and haswon numerous awards. Having worked for a TV station he did hair and make up for many celebrities; then received his own weekly TV segment on a morning show and is currently a guest stylist on MTV's Sweet Sixteen Show.

Felix is our very own celebrity stylist and appointments are  highy recommended.

Felix Zeledoni es un Master Estilista quien esta actualmente aceptando nuevos clientes para todo lo concerniente a cabello y maquillaje.

Con una vasta experiencia como estilista especializado en cambios de imagen. Felix graduado en Barcelona, Espana  combina tijeras y navajas en sus cortes logrando un mejor estilo y a la misma vez gradua color de pelo y el tono de piel logrando maravillosos resultados.

Felix es tambien conocido por su unigualable "Peinados" y disenos de cejas y extensiones de pelo. Felixesta completamente certificado en "Tratamientos de Keratin" . Este remarcable estilista ha sido anteriormente dueno de salon en Mexico City por mas de 10 years y ha ganado severales Premios. Felix estilizo celebridades mientras trabajabo para la television; por su talentoso trabajo el recibio  su propio TV segmento en el show de la manana y es actualmente un invitado de MTV's programa Mis dulces 16 cumpleaños (Sweet Sixteen).    

Jodie Beetus (Senior Stylist)

My Regular Hours...

Originally from Alaska, Jodie Beetus and her family relocated to Florida in 2008. Her strength is creating individualized styles for each of her clients. A licensed cosmetologist since 2003, Jodie has also worked as an instructor for a Chi partner school here in Florida. Additionally she keeps up with the latest trends by attending numerous workshop, seminars, and classes.

Her specialties are braiding, hair extensions, overly-excessive curls, permanent straightening, permanent waves, conditioning treatments, and keratin straightening. Jodie also will shape, color and style your hair to your hearts desire.

Kelley Clarke (Master Stylist and Colorist)

My Regular Hours...

Kelley Clarke has been living in Florida for over 7 years and we are pleased to welcome her to HairVenture Salon and Spa. She has recently moved from Orlando where she worked at Austin's Hair Salon for 5 years and where she was manager for about 3 years.

Her passion for hairdressing was apparent at an early age where she ambitiously began her education in England during her last year of high school. After graduating in 2001, she was offered an apprenticeship with N.V. Hair Salon which was affilated with Ipswich Hairdressing Training School. The training was an intense two year course that involved use of color, color correction, permanent waving and precision cutting. After serveral years behind the chair in England she made the decision to relocate to a warmer climate in Florida. An Expert in Goldwell, Schwarzkopf, Redken Colors.

Kelley has continued her education in Goldwell and KMS California, focusing on coloring which is her specialty. She loves meeting new people and is always looking for a challenge. With the 10 years of experience in both America and England you will leave her chair confident and happy.

Maria Elena Alfaro Oblita (Skin Therapist, Hairstylist and Nail Tech)

My Regular Hours...

Maria Elena originally qualified in Peru where she worked as a Stylist for over 10 years prior to relocating with her family to Colorado in 2009, where she added Esthetics, Facial massage and waxing to her Hairdressing skills. She has attended a number of advanced training cources and seminars including the International Congress of Esthetics and Spa, The International Beauty Shows in Las Vegas and at Sothys Paris. She has recently moved from Colorado to Florida with her Husband and 3 Children and we are very pleased to welcome such a happy and outgoing personality to our team. 

Francesca Tranter (Junior Stylist)

My Regular Hours...

Francesca Tranter is our latest addition to the HairVenture team and joins us as a Junior Stylist. Francesca is a licensed Cosmetologist who relocated to South Florida from Cleveland, Ohio. She has been in this exciting industry for 3 years and attended Beauty School here in South Florida. Francesca has been a styling assistant at Dino Palmieri Salon in Cleveland, as well as locally in Broward County, prior to joining our award winning team. Certified in Global Keratin Hair Strengthener, Hot Heads Seamless Hair Extension and is always looking to further her education with in the hottest trends and techniques by attending advanced cutting/color and product training.

Larry Falcetta (Senior Stylist and the Phantom Hairdresser)

My Regular Hours...

Larry has been Hairdressing around Dade, Broward and the Palm Beaches for over 30 years. As a result he has a loyal following of clients and is affectionately known as the Phantom Hairdresser because we never know when he is going to be in the Salon. He manages his appointment book himself but remains a vastly experienced stylist. We can get hold of him at short notice but he essentially attends the Salon on an appointment only basis.

Fina Caballero (Nail Tech)

My Regular Hours...

Fina Caballero has enough talent in her hands, words can't even express it, which is great because she's the strong, silent type. Her area of expertise is manicures and pedicures, both which she does with amazing skill. With her gentle touch and skillful, but swift, service, she'll definitely become a regular beauty regiment tool.

Cecilia Aponte (Skin Therapist and Nail Tech) 

My Regular Hours...

Cecilia Aponte, is a Skin Therapist with a fiery spirit and a soothing touch. Though she is formally trained in facials, Cecilia is often known to perform waxings, manicures and pedicures, but it is her facials that gives her recognition.

Christina (Customer Service)

My Regular Hours...

We like to call ourselves the Happiest Salon in Weston, the always smiling yet efficient Christina can't help but show we really mean it. As the first point of contact Christina will make you feel welcome and insure that you really do receive that special HairVenture welcome.

Angie Chan (Stylist and Colorist-Picture Coming soon) 

My Regular Hours...

We are delighted to welcome back to HairVenture Angie Chan. Angie originally worked with us back in 2005/06 and left to work closer to her home whilst her kids were younger but we have always stayed in touched.

Now that her children are a little older she is pleased to return to HairVenture and will be bringing with her her outstanding precision cutting skills as well as her Hair Coloring expertise. With Angie comes the addition of Redken Color to our product range as this is her color of choice.
