English born and trained, Janie has owned a successful salon in the UK for over 20 years before being relocated to Florida with her family 10 years ago. She has worked in London and the English West Country and is a member of the National Hairdressers Federation, a State Registered Hairdresser, a Master Colorist and has attended numerous advanced hair cutting and coloring courses. She now prefers to spend more time managing the business and ensuring that the highest level of service and customer satisfaction are provided to the salon guests and is always available for staff and guests if they need that 30 years of experience!

Deserae Grimes (Stylist and Colorist and Hair Extension Expert) 

Deserae has been with us over a year and what an impact she has had. She has shown that by offering ourstanding customers service, listening to her customer needs and being a great hairdresser, it really is possible to build a clientel quickly. We now encourage appointments with Deserae in order to avoid disappointment..
While still young for this industry she brings with her a passion for hairdressing and clearly a passion for people.
She will continue to build t clientel through her fantastic colors and dynamic highlighting. A self confessed people person, she will always take the time to listen to the clients needs and ensure that they go away a raving fan. As talented as she is in cutting and color she is also a knockout with hair extensions and has become our resident expert. Everybody loves Des.

Felix Zeledoni  (Hair and Make Up Designer)

Felix Zeledoni is a master stylist who is currently accepting new clients for hair and makeup.
A vastly experienced stylist who specializes in image consultations and complete make overs. Being schooled in Barcelona he works with both European razor and scissor cuts and is an expert colorist that matches hair color to skin tones with high and low lights.
Felix is also known for his unique "Up Do Styles" and eyebrow design along with eyelash and hair extensions. He is also fully certified in "Keratin" treatments and offers make up for any occasion.
Felix had his own salon in Mexico City for over 10 years and haswon numerous awards. Having worked for a TV station he did hair and make up for many celebrities; then received his own weekly TV segment on a morning show and is currently a guest stylist on MTV's Sweet Sixteen Show.

Felix is our very own celebrity stylist and appointments are  highy recommended.

Ritzy (Master Colorist and Stylist)

Ritzy is another high energy individual who recently joined Weton's award winning salon.

Trained in New York but a long time resident of Broward County, she brings with her a vast amount of experience and loves doing creative color and hair cuts as well as Children's Cuts. This extends to her cahritable side where she is always delighted to offer her skills when it comes to your "locks of love" donations, where in return for you 10" of hair, for this worthy cause she will cut it for free, and then only charge for the Blow Dry.

Ritzy is dedicated to superior customer satisfaction and wants all clients to leave a raving fan.

Larry Falcetta (Senior Stylist and Phantom Hairdresser)

Larry has been Hairdressing around Dade, Broward and the Palm Beaches for over 30 years. As a result he has a loyal following of clients and is affectionately known as the Phantom Hairdresser because we never know when he is going to be in the Salon. He manages his appointment book himself but remains a vastly experienced stylist. We can get hold of him at short notice but he essentially attends the Salon on an appointment only basis.

Terry has recently joined HairVentures as a Skin Therapist and Make Up Artist. She is passionate about skincare and has many years of experience ensuring that her clients have the best possible treatment to renew and maintain this often neglated yet important part of the body.

With her experience in Skin care she also provides a fantastic make up experience.

The other area that Terry focuses on is Hair Removal, and provides a gentle and smooth waxing experience.

Long time resident of Weston. Edy has recently joined our team and is rapidly building a loyal following of clients.

Angie Chan (Stylist and Colorist-Picture Coming soon) 

We are delighted to welcome back to HairVenture Angie Chan. Angie originally worked with us back in 2005/06 and left to work closer to her home whilst her kids were younger but we have always stayed in touched. Now that her children are a little older she is pleased to return to HairVenture and will be bringing with her her outstanding precision cutting skills as well as her Hair Coloring expertize. With Angie comes the addition of Redken Color to our product range as this is her color of choice.
